Complex sales processes with multiple stages and criteria. Manual tracking of sales activities and follow-ups.

Solution

Created custom objects and fields to represent sales stages and criteria. Implemented Process Builder and Flows to automate lead assignments, follow-ups, and stage transitions. Developed Lightning Components to provide sales reps with intuitive tools for managing their pipeline. Integrated Salesforce with email and calendar systems for automated reminders and updates.
